Our KV cluster that serves requests for Europe regions stopped receiving configuration updates during 2024-03-25 02:03 and 11:28 (UTC). New deployments created during this period were not able to access its attached KV database when accessed from European regions.

Existing deployments were not affected, and no data was lost.
